Chocolate Making Parties are hands-on, allowing our young at heart to play and taste- and for our gourmet adult cooks to learn. For adults- bring some wine, and enjoy!

We have been celebrating birthday parties at Morkes for over 20 years- we are almost celebrating the next generation of party-goers. Our parties are perfect for wedding and baby showers, even Boy Scouts or Girls Scouts come here often to enjoy our delicious chocolate.

At our Kids Birthday Parties- children make chocolate pizzas, mold their own chocolate suckers, and dip and decorate chocolate pretzels. Our Party Hostess guides the children in a nice, gentle way thru the making of their special creations. There is a fun Birthday Throne for your child to sit on when they are opening gifts.

We also welcome daycares, private schools, homeschool groups, and summer camps to our Party Room.

The Morkes Original

Three different projects are made and each candy maker takes home over one pound of chocolate items. Projects include the Chocolate Pizza with a variety of candy toppings, molded items and chocolate dipped pretzels. This class is recommended for 4 years old and up. Party length is either 45 minutes or 1 1/2 hours.

The Morkes Fondue & Truffle

Half of this class is dipping 5 popular items in your own personal fondue cup and the other half is dipping and decorating truffles. Don’t worry if you can’t eat all your goodies. You will receive a carry out box. This class is recommended for 12 years old and up. Party length is either 45 minutes or 1 1/2 hours.

The Morkes Xtreme Fondue

Indulge to the max. With 10 dipping items and your choice of 1/2 pound milk or dark chocolate, you will not be disappointed. Bring home any uneaten chocolate dipped items in a carry out box. This class is recommended for 16 years old and up. Party length is 1 1/2 hours.

Candy Camps Birthday Party

Turn any of our candy camps into a birthday party. Instead of 45 minutes of chocolate making and 45 minutes of your own time, substitute the three original projects for the projects made during the candy camp of your choosing. Candy camp chocolate making typically takes about an hour and fifteen minutes leaving you just enough time during your 90-minute party to sing happy birthday and enjoy cupcakes, cake, or a Morkes donut tower. Party Lengths:
For the Original and the Fondue and Truffle, you have two options.
Come and make the chocolate – which takes about 45 minutes – and then go home to spend the next few hours eating your beautiful, and tasty creations – or, stay after the candy making and use our private party room for an additional 45 minutes – great for cake, presents, meetings, whatever – for a total of 1 1/2 hours. The Xtreme Fondue always needs the full 1 1/2 hours. If you want to use the party room for longer, you can add an additional 30 minutes for $35.00 for most time slots.

Maximums and Minimums:
For the Original and the Fondue & Truffle – minimum 10 to approx. 30 maximum candy makers.
For the Xtreme – minimum 10 to approximately 15 maximum candy makers.

Also, by special arrangement, we can bring a candy making party to a location of your choice. Offsite prices start at $450.00 for a minimum of 30 candy makers. Please call for more information 847-458-8585
