Paczki is a traditional Fat Tuesday snack that originated in Poland. Much like donuts, paczki is made from a sweet, spongy, yeasted dough, filled with jelly, various fruits or cream fillings, fried and then iced rolled in sugar, or dusted in powdered sugar.
